TISE is seeking to recruit an Analyst to join the Market Regulation Department on a fixed-term contract. The role will be responsible for pro-actively supporting TISE Members’ and their listed Issuers’ compliance with their obligations in accordance with the Exchange’s rules. These obligations include all applicable market announcements, notifications and publications. In anticipation of further growth and future planned expansion, this is an exciting opportunity to work in capital markets for a locally based company with truly international ambitions.

Duties and responsibilities include providing pro-active, service focussed, engagement with Members of TISE in order to promote their compliance, and that of their issuers, with the rules of the Exchange; supporting the delivery of continuous operational and process improvements and efficiencies, enabling straight through processing wherever possible; and supporting all risk-based market monitoring and supervision activities relating to TISE Member firms and listed issuers, helping to determine proportionate mitigating actions or escalating matters where appropriate.

The key competencies for this role include a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and a pro-active and analytical approach. The successful candidate would be methodical and organised, have an inquisitive nature and a natural curiosity.
