Suspension of dealings in securities on TISE

On 11 April 2019, dealings were suspended by The International Stock Exchange Authority in the TISE-listed securities of three issuers – Ombu Group Limited, IH Holdings International Limited and BenevolentAI Limited.

Discussions have been ongoing with the sponsor and issuers in the intervening period and it is anticipated that the matter will be resolved in the early part of next week. An announcement will be forthcoming immediately thereafter.

Alter Domus (Jersey) Listing Services Limited has been approved to act as a Listing Agent for non-retail debt securities and Sponsor to securities of investment vehicles.

The recognition from the federal regulator means that securities listed on TISE can be issued and resold in a more streamlined manner.
