Business Development Manager, Markets & Products – London

TISE is seeking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join the Markets & Products Department to develop and improve brand recognition and develop financial growth. In anticipation of further growth and future planned expansion, this is an exciting opportunity to work in capital markets for a Channel Islands based company with truly international ambitions.

Duties and responsibilities include researching and identifying new business opportunities and risks, including growth areas, trends, partnerships, products, and services, identifying potential Private Market clients and fostering and developing these relationships and coordinating marketing strategies to develop our brand alongside the internal Marketing & Communications and Markets & Products departments. The role-holder will also be responsible for creating action plans and sales strategies that will help TISE to reach its growth initiative in Private Markets. 

The key competencies for this role include a well-developed network of Private Equity Houses, Asset Managers and Family Offices, familiarity with the capital markets industry, preferably the equity, funds listings and trading value chain, as well as other securities services for corporates and issuers and familiarity with project management methodologies. The successful candidate would be a strong and confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills, a team player who is able to place their activity within the context of the wider Company and overall objectives of the Group and would be flexible in having the ability to travel for roadshows, meetings with prospective and existing clients etc.
