As Technical Architect within the IT team, Joe is focused on understanding the company’s technology requirements and priorities and defining and designing systems to support those needs, as well as providing support to the company on technology risk appetite and cyber security requirements.

Before this, as Head of IT at TISE, Joe established and grew the IT team, led the successful technical implementation of GFSC Cyber Security Rules, standardised and grew the in-house software development practice, and led and managed all aspects of IT.

Joe is a Professional Member of the British Computer Society (MBCS) with more than 20 years’ experience spanning Cyber Security, Software Engineering Management, DevSecOps, Site Reliability Engineering applied to legal, government, private and third sectors.
