1. Mr Andrew Hay nominated by CPPIB has been appointed as a Director of the following companies:

ABP Acquisitions UK Limited

ABP Bonds UK Limited

ABP Finance Plc

ABP Mezzanine Holdco UK Limited

ABP SubHoldings UK Limited  

ABPA Holdings Limited

Associated British Ports Holdings Limited

 

(together the “Companies”)

2. Mr Robert Wall has resigned as a Director of the Companies.
3. Mr Philip Butcher has been appointed as Mr Andrew Hay’s alternate for the Companies; and
4. Mr Philip Butcher has been appointed as Ms Cressida Hogg’s alternate for ABP (Jersey) Ltd and Associated British Ports Holdings Limited
