The Issuer announces that, pursuant to a resolution of the board of directors of the Issuer dated 15 May 2020 and the Common Merger Terms dated 15 May 2020, Figaro Capital & Co S.à r.l. merged into the Issuer by way of a cross-border merger by absorption with effect from 22 September 2020.
