The Issuer wishes to announce, in connection with Listing Rule 7.5.3, that the audited annual reports and financial statements for the Issuer will be available on Companies House at https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/04037420.
The Issuer's financial year end is 30 June of each year. It is expected that the audited annual reports and financial statements of the Issuer will be available on Companies House no later than 31 March each year.
