• the annual reports and financial statements for Oriflame Holding Limited, being the holding company of the Issuer (the “Parent”); and
• information relating to the Notes and/or the wider Issuer group.

The audited consolidated financial statements of the Parent for the year ending 31 December 2020 onwards are available on the website set out above and will be published annually on or around 20 April each year. Solus accounts of the Issuer will be made available on or around 20 July 2021.
