• the annual reports and financial statements for Birkenstock Group B.V. & Co. KG, an indirect subsidiary of the Issuer ("German Newco"); and
• information relating to the Issuer’s 5.25% Senior Notes due 2029 and/or the wider Issuer group.

The Issuer's financial year end is 30 September each year.
