OEG Divests Land-Based Gaming Operations in Italy
Olympic Entertainment Group AS (“OEG”) completed the sale of its land-based gaming operations in Italy. The business operated 13 gaming venues under the name Slottery and divested subsidiaries included Slottery S.r.l. and The Box S.r.l.. The transaction closed on November 30, 2021.
