The Issuer wishes to announce that the annual reports and financial statements for the Issuer's parent, BigHand UK Topco Limited (the "Parent"), are available on Companies House at https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/12832924/filing-history.
The Parent's financial year end is 31 March of each year. It is expected that the audited consolidated financial statements of the Parent will be available on Companies House on or around 31 December each year.
