- the appointment of Ian Charoub as a manager of the Issuer with effect from 01 September 2021;
- the appointment of Oana Maria Lazar as a manager of the Issuer with effect from 06 December 2021;
- the resignation of Wilhelmina Steennis as a manager of the Issuer with effect from 01 September 2021;
- the resignation of Demmel Andreas Georg Christian as a manager of the Issuer with effect from 01 September 2021; and
- the resignation of Claes Johan Geijer as a manager of the Issuer with effect from 06 December 2021.
