Energizer Gamma Acquisition B.V. (the Issuer)
The Issuer wishes to announce the following changes to its Board of Directors:
- Mr Cornelis Hendrik Fer Douwe Karssen has resigned as managing director B of the Issuer, with such resignation accepted by the shareholder’s resolution outside a formal meeting on November 1 2022; and
- Ms Lobke Alida Bakker - Zonneveld has been appointed as managing director B of the Issuer, effective November 1 2022.
