DIRECTORATE CHANGE
The Company announces that Robin Peveril Hooper has resigned as a director of NewDay Group UK Limited and Alexander Lelekov has been appointed in his place. These changes will take effect from 31 December 2022.
Alexander is a Director at CVC. Prior to CVC, Alexander worked at Centerbridge Partners focusing on investments in the financial services sector. Alexander graduated from the Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation with a BA (Honors) in Economics.
