The board of directors of XK 2 United Super Topco Ltd (the "Company") confirms that it has approved the annual report and unaudited financial statements of the Company for the period from 4 November 2022 (date of incorporation) to 31 December 2023 (the "Financial Statements"). A copy of the Financial Statements has been provided to the Company's shareholder.
