AMENDMENT TO MATURITY DATE OF LOAN NOTES
The Company would like to notify the market that in respect of loan notes listed under designation IRISHCLN and IRISHOTB on 22 May 2024, the Company entered into an amendment and restatement of the underlying Loan Instrument, therefore those additional loan notes listed (along with all historical notes and any subsequent loan notes so listed) will have a maturity date equal to seven years after the date of the execution of the amended and restated agreement, being 7 May 2031.
