Notice of Extension of Maturity Date - EUR1,000,000,000 Unsecured Bond Programme (the Programme)
The Issuer announces that, in accordance with resolutions of the board of managers of the Issuer passed on 23 July 2024, the maturity dates of the following bonds issued under the Programme have been extended, as follows:
EUR 9,900,000 Series 12 Unsecured Bonds shall mature on 25 July 2025; and
GBP 99,000 Series 33 Unsecured Bonds shall mature on 20 August 2025.
