Portfolio Update - Sandpiper
The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that its portfolio company SandpiperCI Group Limited (“Sandpiper”) has declared a dividend of 40 pence per Ordinary Share to be paid to its shareholders on 27 November 2024. This follows the disposal of part of its food retail business to Wm Morrisons Supermarkets Limited which completed on 1 November 2024, and the Company’s share of this distribution is expected to total £11.72 million.
The Board, in consultation with the Investment Manager, is evaluating options for the use of these proceeds, including potential new investment opportunities, distributions and/or share buybacks. A further announcement will be made in due course.
