The Board of Directors of the Company (a closed-ended investment company incorporated with limited liability under The Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008 with registered number 49479) is pleased to announce that the Company will pay a dividend of 3 pence per share. A timetable of events is shown below.

Further to the announcement made on 15 November, the Board is pleased to confirm that the Company has received a dividend of £11.72 million from its investment in SandpiperCI Group Limited. The Board is actively considering investment opportunities alongside the Investment Manager and is also looking forward to declaring a special distribution by way of a tender offer to all shareholders in the first quarter of 2025. A further announcement will be made in due course.
