Kemble Water Holdings Limited (the “Company”) announces that Thames Water Utilities Limited, an indirect subsidiary of the Company, has made an announcement relating to the sanction by the High Court of Justice of England and Wales of a restructuring plan under Part 26A of the Companies Act 2006 to extend the liquidity runway of Thames Water.
