Important Changes

The Directors of the Company and of the Manager wish to announce a number of important changes that took place with effect from midnight on 21 February 2025 as summarised below:

1. Company Name Change

The name of the Company changed from Brooks Macdonald International Investment Funds Limited to Canaccord Wealth International Investment Funds Limited

2. Appointment of a Director

Stephen Prout (Group Head of Fund Operations – Canaccord Wealth) was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company. Accordingly, the Board of Directors now consists of:

3. Change of Ownership of the Investment Manager

The ownership of Brooks Macdonald Asset Management (International) Limited moved to Canaccord Genuity Wealth (International) Holdings Limited.

4. Change of Name of the Investment Manager

The name of the Investment Manager changed from Brooks Macdonald Asset Management (International) Limited to Canaccord Asset Management (International) Limited

5. Change of Name of the Manager

The name of the Manager Brooks Macdonald International Fund Managers Limited changed to Canaccord Genuity International Fund Managers Limited.
