The Board of Directors of The International Stock Exchange Group Limited (the “Company”) announces the Annual Report & Consolidated Financial Statements of the Group for the year ended 31 December 2024.

FY 2024 Financial Highlights
  • Record turnover of £13.3 million (FY 2023: £10.8 million)
  • PAT of £6.0 million (FY 2023: £4.9 million) up 24.2% yoy and the highest on record
  • EPS increased to 212.7p (FY 2023: 171.3p)
  • £9.1 million returned to shareholders during 2024 (FY 2023: £2.6 million)
  • Highly cash generative business with a strong and liquid balance sheet

FY 2024 Operational Highlights
  • 952 securities listed in FY 2024 (FY 2023: 842) contributing to overall market growth of 5.3% yoy
  • Transactional activity boosted by improved macro-economic conditions
  • Expanded equity market offering; launch of Specialist Companies Listing Rules
  • Delivery of private markets service to first client, with pipeline of further business 
  • Continued investment in delivery of strategy; technology and private markets

The Company has released its latest Annual Report which shows record revenues of £13.3 million, a 22.6% increase in post-tax profit to a record £6.0 million and an increase in earnings per share to 212.7 pence during the year ended 31 December 2024. The Company returned a record £9.1 million to shareholders in 2024 through the payment of special and ordinary dividends.

Anderson Whamond, Chair, said: “With the macro-economic picture providing tailwinds despite the continued geo-political uncertainties, I am pleased to report a record financial performance for 2024. The Group remains highly cash generative, supporting the payment of a special dividend and two ordinary dividends during the year which returned 320p per share to shareholders in 2024. The Group’s financial and business performance in 2024 demonstrates the success of our strategy during the last three years to support sustained growth.”

During 2024 there were 952 newly listed securities on TISE. This took the total number of listed securities on TISE’s Official List to 4,487 at 31 December 2024, which is a 13.1% increase year on year and the highest total since the Exchange opened. At 31 December 2024, the combined market value of these listings also reached a new high of £756 billion.
