Please be advised that Peratech Holdco Limited (the Issuer) has, on 31 March 2025, recorded an event of default on its USD18,125,000 secured fixed rate notes due 2028. The Issuer has notified the Noteholders with a formal letter and entered the 90-day equity cure period to resolve this matter.
