We refer to the listing on the Official List of The International Stock Exchange of up to GBP50,000,000 6.5% loan notes due 2032 (the "Notes") issued by Shaviram Andromeda Finance Ltd (the "Issuer").
The Issuer confirms that the aggregate value of the Notes as at 31 March 2025 was GBP42,786,584
