AGGREGATE VALUE OF NOTES ON THE OFFICIAL LIST
We refer to the listing on the Official List of The International Stock Exchange of up to USD500,000,000 Subordinated Unsecured Loan Notes Due 2027 (the "Notes") issued by Cinnabar 2021 Direct Lending Ltd (the "Issuer").
The Issuer confirms that the aggregate value of the Notes as at 19 September 2025 was USD269,700,000 Notes.
