Change of Terms of Securities
GBP Unsecured Subordinated Redeemable 10% Loan Notes 2027
GBP Unsecured Subordinated Redeemable 10% PIK Loan Notes 2027
The Board of Directors of the Company wish to advise that the terms of the above-mentioned securities have changed with effect from 31 October 2025.
The changes include an extension to the final repayment date by eight years to 31 March 2035 and the loan notes will now also rank pari passu with a new “B Loan Note” which was issued by the Company on 31 October 2025.
An application to change the name of the securities to reflect the new repayment date will be submitted to the exchange.
