The Heronbridge United Kingdom Equity Fund (the "Fund")
PUBLICATION OF PROSPECTUS AND UPDATED TRUST INSTRUMENT
The prospectus of the Fund was updated effective 1 January 2026 (the "Prospectus") and an amended and restated trust instrument constituting the Fund was entered into between Gen II Trustee Services (Jersey) Limited (formerly known as Crestbridge Corporate Trustees Limited) and Heronbridge (Jersey) Limited effective 1 January 2026 (the "Trust Instrument").
