The Company wishes to announce the resignation of Ffion Boshell from the Board of Directors of the Company and the appointment of Robert Gillespie as a director of the Company as of 31 March 2023.
The Company also wishes to announce the appointment of Liam Hill as a director of the Company as of 1 October 2025.
