The Issuer wishes to announce that the following documents and information are/is available on its website http://investors.oriflame.com/:

• the 2019 quarterly financial information and annual report of Oriflame Swiss Holding AG
• quarterly financial information and annual reports for Oriflame Holding Ltd (the parent of the Issuer – the “Parent”) from 2020 and onwards

It is expected that the audited consolidated financial statements of the Parent for the year ending 31 December 2020 onwards will be available on the website set out above on or around 15 May each year. For the year ending 31 December 2019 consolidated financial statements of Oriflame Swiss Holding AG were made available from 17 April 2020. Solus accounts of the Issuer will be made available on or around 30 June 2020.
