Parent Company Share Transfer Notification
The Issuer announces that the shares of VCI Intermediate Limited, the Issuer's parent company,
which were subject to security interests created in favour of Mubarak Abdullah Al Suwaiket
and Sons (Al Suwaiket Trading and Contracting Company) (the Secured Party) have
been transferred to MAMS Holdings Limited (an entity owned and controlled by
the Secured Party) on enforcement of those security interests.
