The Issuer's financial year end is 31 December each year. It is expected that the audited financial statements of the Issuer will be available on the website set out above within 120 days (or, in the case of the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2021, 150 days) after the end of each of the Issuer’s fiscal years beginning with the year ended 31 December 2021.
