Result of the Annual General Meeting
The Board of Directors of the Channel Islands Property Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that the eleventh Annual General Meeting of the Company was held on 24 February 2022 and all resolutions were carried.
Resolution 9 was proposed as a special resolution and was carried with the requisite majority in favour. The Chairman said:
"I was delighted to see the support of our shareholders today at our eleventh Annual General Meeting and the backing for the flexibility to be able to issue shares quickly up to 10% of NAV providing us with the ability to issue shares quickly whilst not diluting NAV and enable the Company to act swiftly, if the opportunity arises, for us to pursue our investment objectives."
