AGGREGATE VALUE OF NOTES ON THE OFFICIAL LIST
We refer to the listing on the Official List of The International Stock Exchange of up to EUR200,000,000 Variable Funding Note (the "Notes") issued by Sabina Estates Group Holdings Limited (the "Issuer").
The Issuer confirms that the aggregate value of the Notes as at 04 March 2022 was EUR47,500,000.
