The Issuer wishes to announce that the following documents and information will be available on its website www.keepmoat.com/corporate/investors:

• the annual and quarterly reports and financial statements for the Issuer group; and
• information relating to the wider Issuer group.

The financial year end of Maison BidCo Limited (being the Issuer's parent company) is 31 October each year. It is expected that the audited consolidated financial statements of Maison BidCo Limited will be available on the website set out above on or around 28 February the following year.

For the financial year ended 31 October 2021, the audited consolidated accounts of Keystone MidCo Limited (being a subsidiary company of the Issuer) may be provided in lieu of the accounts for Maison BidCo Limited.
