• the annual reports and financial statements for CeramTec Topco GmbH, an indirect subsidiary of the Issuer (“CeramTec Topco”); and
• information relating to the Issuer’s 5¼% Senior Notes due 2030 and/or the wider Issuer group.

CeramTec TopCo’s financial year end is 31 December each year. It is expected that the audited consolidated financial statements of CeramTec TopCo will be available on the website set out above within 120 days (or if such day is not a business day, on the next succeeding business day) after the end of each fiscal year of CeramTec Topco (or, in the case of the fiscal year 2022, within 150 days).
