The Issuer wishes to announce the following directorate changes:
- the resignation of Jonathan Thackray as (i) a director of the Issuer with effect from 13 February 2023 and (ii) Chief Financial Officer of the Issuer with effect from 17 April 2023; and
- the appointment of James Smith as a director and Chief Financial Officer of the Issuer with effect from 17 April 2023.
