Dividend Announcement
The Company is pleased to announce that the board of directors has declared a dividend of 2.5 pence per No Par Value Redeemable Preference A Share (“Class A”) with respect to the Fund.
The dividend will be paid gross on 12 February 2024 to Class A Shareholders of record on 07 February 2024. The ex-dividend date is 06 February 2024.
