The Issuer wishes to announce that the annual reports and financial statements for the Issuer are available on Companies House at ADTHENA LTD filing history - Find and update company information - GOV.UK (company-information.service.gov.uk).
The Issuer's financial year end is 31 December of each year. It is expected that the audited consolidated financial statements of the Issuer will be available on Companies House on or around 31 July each year.
