MTW County Limited (the "Issuer")
The Issuer hereby announces that the interest rate used on its USD210,000,000 Loan Note has changed, with effect from 1 September 2024. The changes in the interest rate is set out below:
Original interest rate - 1Month LIBOR +2.50%
New interest rate - 1 Month terms Secured Overnight Financing Rate + 0.10% + 2.50%
