The Board of Directors of the Company today announces an interim dividend payment for the quarter ended 30 September 2024 to Ordinary Shareholders at £0.0165 per share.
Ex-Dividend Date: 7 November 2024
Record Date: 8 November 2024
Pay Date: 29 November 2024
Important information regarding future dividend payments
As previously communicated, subject to future dividends being approved by the Board, all future dividend payments, commencing with the payment expected to be made in February 2025, will be paid electronically by bank transfer. If you have not done so already, shareholders are required to register their bank account details with the Company's Registrar, Link Group, via one of the methods as detailed below.
