The Issuer wishes to announce the appointment of Frank van der Sant, Dr. Maximilian Wolf Gerhard Winterling (both with effect from 1 August 2023) and Henricus Lambertus Pijls (with effect from 18 July 2024), as managing directors of the Issuer.
The Issuer further wishes to announce the dismissal of Samuel James Groves (with effect from 2 April 2024) and of Philippe Op de Beeck (with effect from 27 June 2024) as managing directors of the Issuer.
