APQ Global Limited, an emerging markets growth company based in Guernsey, was notified that, on 3 December 2024, Wayne Bulpitt, Chairman of the Company, purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of no par value (“Ordinary Shares”) in the Company at a price of 6.74p pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Wayne Bulpitt is interested in 487,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.6 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
