SHARE BUYBACK - TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES
The Company announces that, in accordance, with the terms of its share buyback programme (the "Buyback") announced on 24 February 2025, it has purchased the following number of Ordinary Shares of no par value in the capital of the Company. The Buyback was conducted in accordance with the terms of the Company's authority to make market purchases of its own Ordinary Shares granted to it by shareholders on 20 February 2024 and renewed on 25 February 2025:
