Portfolio REIT plc announces the death of Tim Downing, Independent Non-Executive Director
It is with great sorrow that Portfolio REIT Plc announces that Tim Downing, Non-Executive Director of the Company, died on Thursday 9 October 2025.
Mr Downing served as a member of the Board from February 2021 and played a key role throughout the business's development.
Stephen Vakil, Non-Executive Chairman, commented: "It is with deep sadness that we learned of the death of our dear friend and colleague, Tim Downing, late last week. Tim was a highly respected, valued and trusted member of our Board, and will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. Our deepest sympathies and condolences are with Tim's family."
