The Company is pleased to confirm it has completed a buyback of 47,859,215 shares, which were bought back at a price of £1.9267 per share, pursuant to the resolution approved in the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting held on 19 September 2025 and as contemplated in the shareholder circular of the Company dated 20 August 2025.
