Miller Homes Group (Finco) PLC (the "Company")
The Company wishes to announce the following changes to the Board of Directors:
- Ian Murdoch will resign as a Director of the Company with effect from 31st March 2026; and
- Graeme Gibson will be appointed as a Director of the Company with effect from 1st April 2026.
