Analyst, Markets & Products Department - Guernsey

TISE is seeking to recruit a Private Markets Analyst to join our Markets & Products team based in our Guernsey office. The Analyst will be joining a dynamic and forward-thinking team dedicated to revolutionising the private markets sector.  Reporting to the Senior Private Markets Executive, the Analyst will be involved in supporting the operational processes and procedures as we look to expand our Private Markets offering.

This role offers a unique chance to be at the forefront of market innovation and helping to shape the future of our offering.  We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated individual to drive our TPM’s growth and be part of exploring where we take TPM next.

Duties and responsibilities include ensuring the smooth day to day running of TISE Private Markets, supporting the technical functionality of the Private Markets platform, supporting the onboarding and on-going relationship with new issuers and supporting training on the Private Markets platform to internal and external stakeholders.

The key competencies for this role include the ability to analyse and improve operational process; having excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; and having the ability to demonstrate problem solving and time management skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions. Experience in the finance industry and an understanding of markets is desirable but not essential.
