TISE is seeking to recruit an Assistant Manager to join the Market Regulation Department based in our Guernsey office. This role will report to the Manager in our Market Regulation team and will be focused on running the day-to-day operational activity of the Market Regulation team. In anticipation of further growth and future planned expansion, this is an exciting opportunity to work in capital markets for a locally based company with truly international ambitions.

Duties and responsibilities include delivering pro-active service focussed engagement with Members, leading on risk-based market monitoring and supervision activities relating to TISE listed issuers, planning and completing onsite supervisory visits to Member firms and producing reports based on findings and recommendations and supporting the delivery of effective and relevant management information and reporting information to the team, committees or Board as required.

The key competencies for this role include the ability to exercise good judgement when dealing with partial, ambiguous or complex information, analytical and investigative mindset driven by curiosity and high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The successful candidate will also be required to have a sound knowledge of industry standards and regulations, ideally supported by a relevant industry qualification (i.e. ICA or CISI).
