Finance Manager, Finance Department, Guernsey

The International Stock Exchange (TISE) is seeking to recruit a Finance Manager to join our Finance Department based in our Guernsey office. This role has been newly created in order to support our busy Finance team. In anticipation of further growth and future planned expansion, this is an exciting opportunity to work in capital markets for a locally based company with truly international ambitions.

Duties and responsibilities include maintaining and developing the financial controls, with particular focus on SOX compliance, maintaining oversight of the debtor collection process, monitoring cash balances and cash generation/utilisation, liaising with auditors and ensuring the timely provision of all information, providing day to day assistance and support to other members of the Finance team and finance systems development to drive the digital transformation of the Finance function.

The key competencies for this role include being a qualified accountant, being highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and with accounting software, a sound knowledge and understanding of financial regulations, experience of working in the finance industry and having a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
