The International Stock Exchange (TISE) is seeking to recruit a Junior Business Development Executive to join our Markets & Products team based in our London office. Reporting to the Business Development Lead, the Junior Business Development Executive will help to provide support in developing and improving brand recognition and developing financial growth in both our public debt and equity markets. In anticipation of further growth and future planned expansion, this is an exciting opportunity to work in capital markets for a company with truly international ambitions.

Duties and responsibilities include assisting the Business Development Lead and Business Development Executive in engaging with Listing Members, issuers and intermediaries, researching and identifying new business opportunities and risks, identifying potential clients and developing those relationships, maintaining and updating the CRM system and attending industry specific presentations, conferences and events to learn about ongoing market developments, increase contacts and disseminate key messages about TISE.

The key competencies for this role include being a strong and confident communicator and presenter with excellent verbal and written communication skills, having strong research and analytical skills and a knowledge of financial markets and related products and an understanding of public markets. 

The successful candidate will also be required to have the ability to travel for roadshows and meetings with prospective and existing clients.
